Terms of Service

Eligibility and your account

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement where you live and at least 18 years old to create a Quotify account. If you use Quotify for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.

Provide accurate account and business information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and promptly tell your identity provider if you suspect unauthorized account use. You are responsible for activity through your account, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

Your content and limited service license

You keep the rights you have in the business information, customer information, photos, messages, pricing, and other content you submit. You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed to use and submit that content.

You grant Quotify a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, and process that content only as reasonably needed to provide, operate, and secure the service you request, including generating estimates and reply drafts through the AI providers described in the Privacy Policy. This license ends when the content is deleted, subject to necessary backups, security, legal, and billing records retained by providers.

Quotes and contractor responsibilities

Quotify provides software tools to organize requests, apply your configured rates, suggest preliminary estimates from job photos, and prepare editable reply drafts. AI-generated or automatically calculated results can be wrong or incomplete. Quotify does not guarantee accuracy, profitability, customer acceptance, or suitability.

You must review and approve every scope, calculation, measurement, price, tax, labor and material cost, quantity, permit, contract term, and customer communication before relying on or sharing it. You—not Quotify—are responsible for your services and business decisions, applicable licensing and legal requirements, and any agreement with your customer. Quotify is not a party to contractor-customer agreements.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Quotify and its software, design, and brand are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Quotify to you.

• Do not use the service for fraud, illegal activity, impersonation, deceptive quotes, spam, harassment, or malware.
• Do not access another account or data without permission, disrupt the service, probe or test security without authorization, or misuse another person’s information.
• Do not submit content you do not have the right to use or try to bypass account, quote, payment, or subscription limits.
• Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create a competing derivative of the service except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.

Availability, changes, suspension, and termination

The service may be unavailable during maintenance or because of outages, and features may change. No uninterrupted-availability commitment is made by this draft. We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to address security, abuse, legal obligations, or material violations. You may stop using Quotify and request account deletion through Settings. Deleting your account also schedules cancellation of an active Pro subscription when Whop confirms that cancellation.

Disclaimers and limits

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quotify is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties that the law permits us to exclude. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quotify is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or lost revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing limits liability that applicable law does not permit to be limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or content you submitted, including infringement of another person’s rights. Nothing in this section requires indemnification where applicable law prohibits it.

Governing law and disputes

The Quotify operator has not supplied a legal entity name, address, or state of formation. A specific choice of law, court, or venue is therefore intentionally left for the operator and qualified counsel to complete. Applicable mandatory consumer protections continue to apply. These draft Terms do not require arbitration.

Changes to these Terms

Material changes will be reflected here with an updated version and effective date. The app does not currently include a dedicated legal-change email notification system. Where required, we will use a legally appropriate notice method before a material change takes effect.
