You can delete your account from Settings. This permanently removes the Quotify workspace data listed below and cannot be undone.
Effective date: October 28, 2026
01
Delete your account
Sign in, open Settings, scroll to “Delete account and data,” confirm the warning, and enter DELETE. The app first asks Whop to schedule cancellation of an active subscription, then deletes the app’s account-owned records and requests deletion of your Clerk account. The app reports success only after those steps are confirmed; if either service is unavailable, follow the on-screen retry/support instructions.
02
What is removed
The deletion request removes saved quotes and customer details, business profile and pricing settings, monthly usage history, local billing/membership mappings, and the app’s legal-consent record. The account can no longer be used to sign in after Clerk confirms deletion. Account deletion does not restore deleted data or quote allowance.
03
Records that may remain
Whop is responsible for its payment, receipt, and transaction records and may retain them for billing, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal obligations. Replit, Clerk, and AI providers may retain security logs or backups under their own retention schedules. Quotify does not control those provider records and has not verified their exact retention periods.
04
Deletion requests and confirmation
The Settings control is the self-service deletion method. You can also request deletion or report a failed request at support@quoteflow.app. A successful in-app deletion displays a confirmation and signs you out. A support email address is linked in the app, but mailbox ownership and delivery have not been independently verified.
