Use Quotify only for lawful business quoting and customer-workflow purposes. This policy supplements the Terms of Service.

Prohibited conduct
You may not use Quotify or its links to:
Commit fraud, impersonate a person or business, or create deceptive or unlawful quotes.
Access accounts, customer information, or systems without authorization; conduct security testing without written permission; or interfere with service availability.
Upload or submit malware, spam, harassment, threats, or information you do not have the right to use.
Collect, disclose, or misuse another person’s information without a lawful basis or necessary permission.
Circumvent quote limits, subscription controls, payment authorization, or other technical restrictions.
Copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse Quotify except as allowed by law.

Enforcement and reporting
Quotify may investigate suspected misuse and restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal obligations. To report a concern, contact support@quoteflow.app. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or customer photos by email.
